The San Andreas Supreme Court is the State's highest court. It hears appeals and decides questions under the Constitution of the State of San Andreas.
Its Chief Justice administers the oath of office to the Governor. On 27 September 2026 the Chief Justice administered the oath to Governor Diane Carrow at the temporary seat of government.
